Composition                                                                     

Each prefilled syringe of HEPARINOX® 40 mg contains: Enoxaparin sodium 40 mg (equivalent to 4,000 IU), water for injection s.q. 0.4 ml

Each prefilled syringe of HEPARINOX® 60 mg contains: Enoxaparin sodium 60 mg (equivalent to 6,000 IU), water for injection s.q. 0.6 ml

Each prefilled syringe of HEPARINOX® 80 mg contains: Enoxaparin sodium 80 mg (equivalent to 8,000 IU), water for injection s.q. 0.8 ml

 

Therapeutic Action

Antithrombotic agent. Low molecular weight heparin.

 

Indications

- Prophylaxis of thromboembolic venous disease, especially that which could be related to general or orthopedic surgery.

- Prophylaxis of venous thromboembolism in bedridden patients due to acute diseases such as heart failure, respiratory failure, serious infections or rheumatic diseases.

- Treatment of deep venous thrombosis, with or without pulmonary embolism.

- Prevention of thrombus formation in the extracorporeal circulation during hemodialysis.

- Treatment of unstable angina and non-Q myocardial infarction with concomitant administration of aspirin.

- Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction with ST segment elevation (STEMI, ST-Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction), including patients to be managed medically or with subsequent Coronary Percutaneous Intervention.
